On warenhuis.groningen.nl, you can find the inventory of shops in Groningen, even from the shops that don't have a webshop. ZUPR, the company that develops the platform, asked me to interview 30 shop owners who joined the initiative so that I could write their unique stories. 

My goal was to create a tone of voice that's authentic to the shop owners – to write as they are.
